Someone share file to me in iCloud, but why I can't access the link?

My colleague shared the file in iCloud and sent me the link.

Below error message showed after I click the link.

"This presentation is unavailable.

The owner stopped sharing, or you don't have permission to open it."

Then, I copied the link and pasted on Safari.

It shows,

"XXX shared this presentation.

You will join as CY (my iCloud account).

This presentation will be added to your iCloud Drive."

Open In Keynote

Not Now

I clicked "Open In Keynote", but it shows error message same as above again .

How to solve this problem?

Hello ching-yung,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. Being able to share files through iCloud is a great idea, and I'll be happy to see how I can assist.

I understand you're seeing an error that the owner stopped sharing the file, or you don't have permission to open it.

Which device and software version are you using? Do you get the same error on multiple devices?

If you're using an iOS device, does it help if you try on both cellular data and Wi-Fi?

If you receive the same error on multiple devices and on multiple connection types, it's likely an issue on the end of the person who is sharing the file. This may help them to review their sharing and permission settings: Use iCloud File Sharing to share folders and documents with other iCloud users

Take care.
