unable to activate my iphone

I couldnt activate my iphone after restoring it = white screen that says that i need to update my iphone' while connecting the iphone to Itunes there is a problem that is poping up- could nor " reach" the iphone' unable to get the IPhone activation details.

What can I do ?

Can’t activate iphone x Guys. Have an iPhone X that is restored a million times on startup will go through language settings. Wifi settings. Next stage is the activation and it comes up and says unable to activate blah blah. Something about couldn’t access the activation on the phone or something. Tried connecting to the iTunes and then just comes up and says about the SIM card not installed properly and stuff. Can’t even get the phone to activate let alone get that far. Any ideas?
