Apple Pay setup issues and money gone from my account
I just got a new iPad Pro and I'm trying to set up Apple Pay to buy some apps, however I'm having problems with it.
First I installed my bank's app (ABN Amro) and used it to add a card to Apple Pay. Then when I try to buy an app, every time app store tells me I have to enter billing address. I have done that, the billing address is set up, the shipment address is set up, I went through all the settings of the card in wallet and everything is there but App Store keeps saying I have to go to wallet to set billing address. Restarting the iPad did not help. What more do I have to set up?
I also tried an iDEAL payment. I used it to top up my app store funds. First steps went smoothly but at some point it said that processing failed. Now the money is gone from my accounts, but my app store funds are still 0 and the app is not purchased. How do I get my money back?
