Enable cross-site tracking in Safari for specific website

I want to enable cross-site tracking for a specific web site where I need it, and keep it disabled for all other sites. How do I do this? In the Preferences all I can see is a single checkbox to turn it on or off for the whole browser. I looked at "Settings for this website", but the option for cross-site tracking doesn't appear there.

At present a user has to enable/disable that preference option manually for each site.

Default setting is enabled for all sites.
