How do I unblock cookies on my MacBook Pro OpSys macOS Catalina vs. 10.15.4?

Safari > Preferences > Privacy
1. Website tracking:
Uncheck the box beside “Prevent cross-site tracking to disable it temporarily
2. Uncheck the box beside “Block all cookies’ to allow cookies.

Allow pop-up windows.
1. Visit the site.
2. Safari > Preferences > (1) Websites > (2) Pop-up windows
3. Click inside the box next to the website and choose “Allow”.
4. When visiting other websites choose an option other than “Allow”.
Some websites may require user to turn off "Content Blockers".
