iPhone 7 plus, IOS 13.3.1 - I need to make a video where I show the outside of a church bldg., and then go inside to video a sermon. Is there a way to pause a video and then continue?

You cannot pause, but you can take the two pieces of video and put them together using iMovie, a free Apple app.
iMovie is an app for the iPhone. If you wish to do it on a computer, you would need to have a program to edit the movie with. It is not difficult if you are good at dealing with technology.
