I've lost ALL my purchased books and my People magazine issues from the NOOK app. Cannot figure out why or how to restore. Barnes & Noble doesn't seem to know how to help with this issue.

Thanks, figured it out. Was using the wrong BN account.
Are you sure your nook is signed in to the B&N store? Anything that you have downloaded in the past should still be available.

If my memory serves, B&N content is saved online and you should be able to download them again through the app.
Yet B&N is the only one who can help you, as it is their app.
I checked that and it is NOT there either! So frustrating....
