How do I get my new playlists I've created on my Iphone to show up on my library on ITunes app on my computer? I've already backed up.

If you're an Apple Music subscriber, make sure that you have iCloud Music Library enabled on both devices. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Music > Sync Library. On your PC, make sure that either "iCloud Music Library" or "Sync Library" is checked on. Additionally, make sure that you're signed into the same Apple ID on both devices.
