Is it safe to download flash player onto my Macbook Air ? How do I do this?

Adobe Flash Player's sordid life has drawn to a close. No websites should be using it at this late stage, so you probably ought explain the reason you have been led to believe otherwise.
Thank you very much for your advice. . I’m a teacher and it is required so I can use some math interactives that are linked through the Ontario Ministry of Education. I think I’ll skip the download.

If you feel you need Flash, only download from: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Never, never, never download flash, or any other software based on a popup stating you need it.
Thanks for your help. I will not download it - seemed risky to me. I’m a teacher and it was needed for Ministry of Ed recommended math games.
