iTune Cards from Costco / activation

I purchased a group package of 4 ($25 each) from Costco and I tried to redeem, but it says they were not activated. Costco is not convenient and due to the Covid19 I don't want to go back there. Is there anyway to activate the cards another way???

iTunes Cards say that they are not activated I have a 3 pack of iTunes cards that show they are activated on the receipt . But when I try to use them they say that they are not activated. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance. Be prepared to provide proof of purchase.
