Message filtering not working at all

I have message filtering AND a third party message blocking app and numbers that are not saved to my contact are still able to message me? This is the most frustrating thing

Unable to send iMessages to myself on my iPhone X When sending a "text" message to myself using my iPhone X, it only sends SMS messages (green bubble). I cannot send iMessage (blue bubble) to myself using my iPhone. iPhone shows unread text messages My Messages app says I have 57 unread messages when your looking at the app icon. However I have deleted / unread all the messages so it should say 0, but they are still there. How do I get rid of this. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Deleted messages still showing up with timestamp, when will another update fix this or how do I fix it Deleted text messages still showing up with timestamp in order of receipt instead of being deleted and going back down the list of messages. How do I fix this or is it going to take another update to fix that bug?

Assuming this means Settings > Messages > Filter Unknown Senders, note that only filters iMessages.

What might this mean exactly? What might the app be called?
