Any Way to Back-Up iPhone while on Recovery Mode?

My iPhone 7 Plus recently shutdown and I cannot access it anymore. It's stuck on the Recovery Mode screen, and I'm looking if there is any way to recover my photos while it's stuck like this. I tried doing the "Update" on my Mac and I gives me "Error Code 75".

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

Hi thaibinh-1,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I see you have a question about backing up your iPhone, and I'd like to help out.

Once your iPhone is showing that recovery screen, there isn't a way to make a new backup.

You can check if you have an existing backup: Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If you used iCloud for Photos, Contacts and other available items, those are not kept in a backup, but are synced to iCloud and other devices. What does iCloud back up?

You can check the iCloud website for your Photos. Log in with your Apple ID and password which you used for iCloud and select Photos.

Take care!
