My iPhone has stopped showing any options in the share sheet and every time this screen comes up the batter starts to heat up.
I have reset my iPhone, restored it from a back up and tried anything else I can think of.
has anyone had the same issue or any suggestions to overcome this?

I was having this problem and it was driving me mad - turns out it’s to do with an update to WhatsApp. I found the fix in this tweet:
“If your share sheet on iOS doesn't work anymore, after the new WhatsApp update, this is the reason: WhatsApp submits suggestions for no-saved contacts too and the share sheet crashes.
Try to save those contacts in your address book or enable "Screen Lock" to disable suggestions.”
