Share sheet option blank

Hi,

I’m currently using iPhone 8 Plus and I just recently updated my iPhone on the latest iOS 13.4. I noticed that when I’m trying to share a picture or a website link the share sheet option just appears blank. When I closed the share sheet option, it will cause lagging and I had to force close the app. I’ve tried restart my phone but the issue is still there. Please help.

Found out how it happens.

The problem is WhatsApp.

So, do this:

  1. Delete WhatsApp.
  2. Restart iPhone.
  3. Reinstall app.

This fixes it until you want to save a picture from a Wp message.

By allowing access to Photos, problem returns and share sheet appears blank again and the phone becomes laggy.

Until they get rid of the bug, there’s a workaround:

  1. Deny access to Photos
  2. To save a pic/video, choose SHARE and save it to cloud storage.
  3. Then, from cloud storage save it to Photos.

Some weird bug!

Same thing here with my iPhone 11 Pro.

Really frustrating being on CV19 lockdown and unable to share photos, documents, everything!

It happens with every app: photos, safari, dropbox, google, etc. Problem began after iOS 13.4 update. Tried everything: on/off, hard reset, factory reset. Nothing does it.

Called Apple Support last Friday. They’ve opened a case to sort it out.

Anxiously waiting...
