iPhone 8 shows no share options in any application

I am using an iPhone 8 (previously on iOS 13.2, but problem persists on 13.4) that cannot share in any application whether first (safari) or third party (Google Photos). The only sharing options I have are for hardcoded sharing, like Google Photos allowing me to share with other Photos users.

I have tried closing all application, clearing cache, updating to latest iOS, and multiple restarts. I even switched carriers (even though this wasn't the reason for it). Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

Also, be aware that this issue does not occur on my wife's iPhone (also an iPhone 8).
