My order has been processing for a whole week and now i don’t think it will reach the destination in time. Apple doesn’t have email or chat support and I can’t call them because I’m not in the USA. Why is it so difficult to speak to a human! I need to get more info on my order

You need to contact Apple in the country you are in and placed the order - you should have an option to view your order and chat or report a problem.
My guess: there is a problem filling orders because of the current situation.

Or you placed an order in the USA store and requested it be sent to a shipping forwarder. Did you?
If it is a custom order computer it needs to be manufactured in China. You will receive notice when it is shipped.
I’m in Jamaica and there’s no number for this country. It says estimated delivery April 3-April 10 and I still haven’t heard anything from them.
So if you are in Jamaica where is this order being sent to in the US?
