My order hasn’t arrived way beyond your delivery scheduled
Hi I hope someone higher up from Apple can help me, I tried calling your hotline here in the Philippines for days but it seems nothing happens here is the number 1800‑8474‑7382 (Globe) my order number is W657108916 I have been waiting for my Apple pencil ever since. I ordered December 3 and it’s already January 3. Your courier of choice DHL has been a fucking headache lately for 3 weeks that I called them they have been giving me conflicting reports about my shipment status and I suspect they lost my shipment and still as of today I can’t get my order. Can someone email or even call me about this? because for some reason your customer service hotline in the Philippines is useless. I want to talk to someone or atleast communicate with me from Apple…PLEASE!
