AirPods pro overheating and not charging

So today I was using my AirPods pro and then put the right one to charge later I went to take it out and it was overheating and wasn’t charging. My left AirPod is alright but my right AirPod isn’t charging and if I leave it inside the charging case it overheats what can I do ?
