Hi, I realized my iPad's battery is swelling. so I plan to get the battery replaced. I looked at Apple website and I know Apple does offer battery replacement for All ELIGIBLE iPads for a price. Does anyone know whether iPad Pro 12.9 (3rd Gen) is ELIGIBLE for this service? Has anyone tried to replace the battery before?

Apple will not repair iPads, but replace iPads in lieu of an actual battery repair.
The battery replacement is $99 plus tax.

I would assume it is eligible since it is a much newer device.
Maybe some much older iPads are the ones that are not eligible.
