I just ordered an iPod then cancelled it before I even received any email because I wanted to order one with engraving. Even though it got cancelled and said that I haven’t been billed. I actually have!
How can I get my money back which Apple withdrew from my bank card? 🤦🏻♀️
You probably just have to wait for the refund to be processed
Unfortunately it often takes longer to get a refund than it takes to spend
