How to activate predictive text for languages other than English?

Recently, possibly after the most recent iOS update (13.4), it started suggesting words I think in Spanish. Never did that before and it’s quite annoying. My country is set to Canada, I have only English and Russian keyboards enabled. And when I type in English I get Spanish or may be French suggested. any idea how to stop it from happening? TIA
