Predictive text in polish language while typing in the iphone

I read this website.
Using the app "Typewise Custom Keyboard" from the "App Store", 
you can get prediction text in other languages then included in iOS system. 
Why this app's engine not enabled on iOS?

Nobody in these forums has any info about why Apple has not provided something you want. Use the link you were already given to ask for it. And if an app in the App Store has Polish predictive text, get that.
