Podcast App MiniPlayer?

The podcast player option is poor. Users would love a menu bar icon, a smaller player window, or a pause option for the dock icon. You have made it inconvenient for the user to pause a podcast while they are working in other windows. Please remedy this or you are going to lose once faithful apple podcasts users.

Hello Apple, I've the same question as mentioned above, only with addition that I wonder why in earlier versions of Apple Podcasts there was this option or do I guess that was in the old iTunes version where everything was once combined? But still I miss the option to minimize the player while focussing on my work on my MacBook Pro... Just because sometimes I want to skip an podcast or audio book without losing focus on what I'm working on. I'll hope you understand, please tell me if there are alternative Apple options to solve this? Thanks in advance!

It looks like you would like to know if the macOS Podcasts app has a mini player option. If you're listening to podcasts with audio only you would not have options to adjust the Podcast app in the way you describing. However, when listening to podcasts videos you should have options to turn the app into a small video window similar to a mini player.
