frozen phone
my iphone 11 is frozen on the apple it wont reset and turn on what can i do? I dont have a apple computer and the apple store is closed

If it does need to be restored (it probably won’t) you don’t need an Apple computer. A Windows 7 or later computer with iTunes can be used also.
