Hi,

Understand that you did not see your iCloud storage after purchase .

Here is few steps that you can try :

-restart your devices

-make sure that your devices connect to stable wifi

-please make sure that payment from your financial institution has been deduct by Apple

-after restart the devices please follow this article to check your iCloud storage .
