Home videos

When my iPad is connected to the desktop, it shows that the home videos I transferred are on my iPad mini 5th gen... they are supposed to be in the Apple TV app library but not there. I have them on my phone and they are there.. help please

video playlist app tv not present nor on iphone Hello, i have imported a bunch of videos in the app tv on the mac and created a number of video playlists. 2 questions please: 1- i see clearly my videos on my iphone in the tv app in my personal library BUT not the playlist 2- on the apple tv, i don’t see the videos at all. Not the video playlists. is that a missing functionality or is there a solution please? Thank you.

Disregard that question. I restarted my iPad and they were there
