How to add fonts to Preview App?

Hello All!

Could you please let me know how can I add more fonts to the Preview app on Mac, those on the screenshot below are the only available in the app. Have lots of fonts on Mac as well as other apps like Word , for instance. When I am trying to add font from the Font book , selecting the one I need and trying to choose the Program from the list very few programs available, and that does not include Preview app.

Pls let me know what else I can try in connection with outlined above. Grateful in advance

Hi mykolavovk,

To add fonts you can do so via Font Book and they will show up in Preview and other applications.

In the Finder, open a new Finder window (command n) and go to Applications in the right side bar. Next, find Font Book and open it. Once it opens, go to the File menu and come down to Add Fonts.

I hope this helps.
