I recently updated to iPadOS 13.4, and was excited to try out the mouse support, but I can’t seem to figure out how to scroll between homepages, except for touching the screen. Is there any way to go to the next homepage without touching the screen and only using the mouse? Any help would be appreciated.

It appears that there is no Magic Mouse gesture to switch Home Screen. You could try clicking the dots at the bottom of the Home Screen (above the Dock). Tapping each dot will switch the corresponding Home Screen.
