Airpods getting disconnected

while i’m listening my music my airpods getting disconnecting with in 30 -45 sec. even i used one airpod. but my airpods case battery upto 100 and my each airpods battery life in good level.

it says about resetting.. so i already did that. i want some solution for bluetooth connection

I have the same exact problem and no fix has worked for me. I even tried resetting my iphone to see if it fixes the issue but no, it is still there, it must be an OS thing.
