iPhone 7 fell into water, but screen is glitching and doubled

My iPhone 7 fell into my shower for a few seconds, I dried it off as quickly as I can. The screen has pixels and everything is doubled... I have already put it in rice. Any other tips on what I should do? I am in quarantine, so I don't know if that'll affect the repair dates.
