Pentalobe screws are lost / stolen

Hi my name is Varinder pal Singh and I replaced my iPhone se battery from your authorised service centre on 17 Dec 2019 . iphone was working good but after 1 month it’s starts degrading and in 27 Feb 2020 I visited the apple service centre again . And I talked with the consultant about this and he told me that my iPhone is need to reset and he done that . And I told him to clean my iPhone se speakers and lighting port . When he doing cleaning process my iPhone se pentalobe screws were lost / stolen . I need my iPhone se penatlobe screws back as soon as possible.
