how to know if my iPhone or Mac is hacked ?

Hello Support team -

I have been into the case where I'm experiencing that someone stealing the information from social media apps like, Skype, Whatsapp, Signal or WeChat. I tried different apps to talk people but still somehow someone anonymous is able to track me and have harassed me with the messages that has been discussed during the chat conversation. I'm an IT guy who understands the basic security and has implemented two-factor authentication on all the apps and in emails etc. Im using Mac air and iPhone 11 Pro. Now I have to believe after all the research that someone has installed something from where they are getting all the messages etc. If I check Skype security page I don't find any illegal synch attempt or unknown IP address.

I need help from the Apple to find out what I can check on MAC air or iPhone 11 Pro to see if something has been installed or how can I protect through some APP. I know all other ways of protection like strong password, face detection, even face detection on the app etc.

I need some advance level help to identify and resolve the case.

Thanks and regards.

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware, unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious softwares or unauthorised apps directly from internet and installed on your device or/and have Jail Broken.

The software you're talking about is only useful to someone who already knows both your Apple ID and password. With it they can login to your account from even an Android phone and look through the data stored in your iCloud account.

The solution is to change your password to something much more difficult to guess. Also turn on two factor identification. You'll then be notified of any attempt to access your account, which you can then deny.
