Can you buy an iPhone from Apple with a service provider included, I.e Vodafone sim deal?

Contact Vodafone and ask them what options are available buying the iphone directly from them.

or

Order it unlocked from Apple Shop Online, then go to Vodafone and buy only a traffic plan.
