change my email in Apple ID
when I change my email in Apple ID it show me this massage ( Your new Apple ID cannot be the same as your notification email address. Choose a different email address. )

You have to remove that email address from being a Rescue Email.

next to the address.

After you do that it might take a further 30 days before you can change your apple ID.
