I have this stupid banner at the top of my Apple Music that says play and download all the music you want like it wants me to subscribe to Apple Music but I’m already subscribed and when I click it it just says “you are already a member”. I cannot get rid of it. Anyone have any clue?

First, force close the app: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Then, restart your device: Restart your iPhone.
Also, be sure your device is fully updated: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Finally, you may also want to sign out of Settings > iTunes & App Store on your device. Then, sign back in again. Please note that after signing out of your Apple ID, you may need to re-download music for offline listening.
