Delete photos from My Photo Stream

So I was going to delete all the last imports on the photo library on my macbook, and now it says "Delete 8251 items, 8251 items will be deleted and removed from My Photo Stream. Does this mean all of my photos will be deleted from my phone as well? And my iCloud? It's not possible to stop the deleting process now so I'm stressing out
