Hey chamin195,

I see that you're having trouble sharing photos and documents because it appears as a blank area. I'll be happy to help out.

Have you tried restarting yet? If not, try that now: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If you're still having trouble, try reinstalling the iOS. Before you proceed, please back up your data using the steps below. Reinstalling the iOS only overwrites the iOS on the device, and does not affect personal data, but it’s always recommended to have a backup first: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Once you've verified that your backup is current, follow the steps below to reinstall iOS on your iPhone. Keep in mind that this article was written for a different issue, but these steps will still be helpful. Also be aware, you'll want to click the "Update" button and not the "Restore" button when prompted as the "Restore" button will restore the device to factory settings: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen.

Cheers.

Hey chamin195,

Thanks for reaching back out. When you mentioned that you did a complete restore, are you referring to restoring the iPhone and setting it up as new as explained in these steps? Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings. Be aware that this does completely erase the device, so ensure you've created a backup:  How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

If those were the steps you took and the issue returned, Contact Apple Support directly for a further look into this.

Take care.
