Front LED flash light

Hi,

I have been trying to see why my LED flash light (purple color) has not been flashing ever since I have received the phone. It's the LED light on the front side of the phone.

LED will not flash with alarm or ring anymore i used to have my phone set up to flash when my alarm and Phone rang. Now it will not. Was this due to a recent update? Who can I contact at Apple to see if it will be corrected in the next update? Is there a general e-mail to contact Apple about this? Any info would be appreciated.

There is no LED light on the front of the phone.
