Led light problem

why is there a red blinking light on my iphone 11? Is there any led flash for alerts in front of the iPhone 11? I watched so many reviews on YouTube and they had the iPhone 11 and it was blinking time by time from the front side? My iPhone is not showing me any led light alert from the front side! Is it a problem?
