I think my iPhone 8 Plus is jacked by someone. Last night my phone went crazy making sounds and then started opening apps without me even doing anything. Than later it download apps and removed apps on its on

You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.

Try doing a factory reset. If you restore from a backup, you might restore the problem.
i already changed my Apple ID and password like 2 times already. Would you consider maybe buying a new Device? Or are there any other things I can do
I have done that too and also lost all my contacts in the process. But any other ideas? Also thanks for your help

I did a back up and I than I also started it as a new iPhone from. Scratch
Clarification question - did you try using the Phone after doing a factory reset and before restoring from a backup up to see if it worked properly when set up as a brand new phone?
