cursor stuck on the top left corner on log in, keyboard and usb not working as well.

I have a 2011 MacBook Pro I decided to install a Wacom driver and after the installation it restarted my MacBook and now I can’t move the cursor to even log in. I tried everything from SMC reset to external keyboard and mouse no luck. I’m hoping someone out there can help me with this issue
