Sure, Ben, I'd be delighted to help you out. Your MacBook Pro (MacBookPro 15,1) will support up to 4 monitors via Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) , at about 4k ??? It will support one additional monitor at about 5k, if that's important to you. The max resolution of each of your monitors is 1920x1080, so not 4k. and you don't have to worry about HDMI 2.0 as the monitor doesn't support it, or HDCP 2.X. So.... a USB-C to 2 HDMI 1.4 splitter should do the job for you. Your monitor does support HDCP 1.4, just not 2.0
something from amazon, perhaps ??

I'd suggest that due to the lack of ports on the current crop of MacBook Pro's, that you may wish to look for a USB-C hub with dual video outputs, among other things, one or both of which should be HDMI. I think there are a few of those out there, but not entirely sure. I do know this though. If you insist that you must have Thunderbolt 3 for everything, expect to pay a pretty penny for it all, as in, not cheap..... However, you don't, you just want whatever works, nice and simple, easy to do, which is cheaper...... I'd also look for one that says "Works with Mac" or "Works with MacBook Pro/Macbook" or "MacBook compatible" ,etc.... somewhere in there it should say it. If it does, then you're good to go. The only reason I mention it is that it's not a given, it's not guaranteed, it's not automatic......
anyways, hope this helps you out a bit
