The move ring on my series 4 watch seems to close pretty quickly when I'm spending most of my day sitting. What could be causing this? I've checked my height and weight in my profile and it's set correctly. I've restarted both watch and iPhone and both are running the latest software.

The accelerometer just knows it is moving, not why.
LOL... Not knitting... But I do move my hands and arms a lot while sitting
