Hi, Im struggling because my sister is having problems backing her old phone up to put the data into a new phone. She only has one device so two-factor authentication is not working either. Is there a way to backup the old phone with a Mac to transfer to new phone. Broken phone = 8 new phone = X

If she has previously synced with or backed up to the Mac it should be a trusted computer and will allow a backup if you connect it. If not then there is no way to get the data.
