Help with getting iMovie on OS High Sierra

Bought used iMac with High Sierra 10.13.6 and want to download iMovie. Version in the app store won't download. My old mac had it and it didn't transfer to the one I have now.

iMac 27", macOS 10.13

The current version of iMovie requires a Mac running macOS Mojave 10.14.6 or newer. Apple may or may not host earlier versions that are compatible with your iMac. If your iMac was introduced after 2012, you can upgrade to macOS Catalina and run the latest version of iMovie.

This has iMovie 08 in it that runs in 10.13.6...
