Webcam not connected

hey! my webcam om my MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016) does not work in any apps! I have tried to restart my computer, and the terminal with sudo killall VDCAssistance, but nothing works... what can I do?!

Hold on... did you give the apps webcam permissions?

go to system preferences>security and privacy>privacy and go to camera. Then click the + sign at the bottom and select your app.
