Powered USB Hub

I want to add more USB's to my Mac Mini (2019).

I have a powered hub which will charge my MacBook when it is plugged in.

Will plugging that powered hub into my Mac Mini do any damage? I am thinking of the power going from the hub into the Mac Mini which of course has its own mains power already.

Thank for your advice.

Thanks again Dan.

The USB C port labelled "PD charging" is the power input to the JF32 hub and when it is connected to power it delivers a charge to the laptop it is designed for and presumably to the USB ports of the JF32 itself also.

My query is whether powering up the JF32 (so that peripheries plugged into its USB A ports receive plenty of power) will cause any problem with my Mac Mini, which will essentially have power both going into and coming out of the USB C port I plug the JF32 into.

I am sorry I did not make myself clearer to start with and I am indebted for your assistance.
