I have a Mac with Catalina OS .
I tried to export my Photos file
When I exported I received the following error Exported with 248 errors ( and marked 248 photos) .
When I tried to extract any one of this photos I received the following error :
The export operation failed to create a file for the photo identified below
img6742.jpg. unknown error (-1)
I tried for five photos with the same result
I rebuild the photo library , but nothing changed .
Any idea ?

Where are you exporting to? Are you exporting the photos to an external volume?
Are you saying, you cannot export any of the photos, if you are trying to export just one of them? Not even to a folder on your Desktop?
As a test,
Have you been running any application to clean your Mac and to free storage? Some of these apps are very aggressive and can damage your Photos Library badly, so Photos is not able to repair the damage.

Which versions of Catalina and Photos are you running?
What Mac model do you have?
Is your library a managed or referenced library?
Where is your library located? If on an external HD how is that drive formatted and connected to your Mac?
Do you have the iCloud Library enabled in the library? If so, do you also have "Optimize Mac Storage" enabled.

The Library is local in my MAC
I'm not using ICloud for photos
IT has the tic in Importing ( Managed Library )
Hi , I'm exporting to my local disk . I exported 16000 photos ok , I have problems with 200 -
If I try to export one of those I obtain the Unknown error (-1). I tried to edit and receive the following error "cannot start editing , photos cannot load adjustments for this image. I'm attaching screens
I wasn't running any software to clean my mac
