If the accessory is not supported, you either have a problem with the accessory, with the cable, or with the iPhone.
The “cling cling” noise? Guessing, about that. Probably the power-connection notification sound.
If this is involving charging, try a different cable, and try a different charger, and try this charger and cable on a different device.
If a known-good charger and cable causes the accessory-not-supported message, try restarting your iPad.
Look into the socket for any debris, as well. (Do not insert any rigid nor metal tools into the socket in an effort to clear it!)
But you’re probably headed for a repair, if this isn’t the charger or the cable.

Thank you so very much for this advice so far so good, no (cling) sound and no warning of (accessory not supported) my husband use air spray, the one in the can, hope that would be end of the trouble, thanks again.
