Update to iOS 12.4.6 issue
My iPad Mini 2 is having issues with this update. Axis360 library app will not load ebooks. There is no update for this app.
Once I deleted the Axis360 app then downloaded the app on AppleStore the new app took effect. That extra step of deleting then reinstalling was necessary. I contacted the library to obtain this final step.
